1) Once we receive payment we will start on the concepts. After carefully researching your business needs, along with any special instructions, we get started on your new image.

2) The first versions are ready for viewing within 4-5 business days of receiving payment. When ready, you will be e-mailed a private web page address where you can view your logos on-line. At this point, you choose a logo version.

3) Here they change from versions to revisions that we fine tune to your liking, or we keep going until you choose another. To speed things up, we can send revisions through email if needed.

4) The final Art Files will be made available to you upon full payment, if a balance is owed, or immediately upon completion with prepaid logos.

Finished logo turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks.
Turnaround time also depends on how often you answer your email.

You will be provided with...

1 EPS file (for printing facility) No extra charge for file conversions.
1 BMP or TIF file (high res. for use in documents, and printing in color)
1 GIF or JPG (for Web use)
Any additional digital file formats you may need are FREE.

5) The final files will be sent to you by email upon final approval. You can then simply forward the email attachment to your printing facility, or save a copy to diskette. Your printing facility takes over from here.

We will work with your Printer at no extra charge, should they need extra file conversions, or have any questions.

Terms:
The final logo is property of the client once full payment is received.

Additional Charges:
Additional charges will incur if you go over your package deal limits...
Extra logo versions: $75.00 (Custom logos)
Extra revisions: $45.00 each. (Custom logos)
Additional charges will not be made without an agreement between both parties.

Refund Policy: Custom and Full Color Logos.

After viewing your designs, you may choose to proceed with future versions, or go into the final revision stage. Once the final logo has been approved, your Final Art Files will be delivered to you via email.

If you don't like any of the designs after viewing the allotted amount, we tally up the hours spent designing, and subtract them from your payment. However, you would not be billed for any hours over your quoted price. If a refund is due, it will be sent promptly. You are hiring an Artist, not buying a product. Our hourly rate is $120.00 per hour.
